From the outset we wanted to create a site that was clean and easy to use but still remained detailed and informative. When it came to creating the navigation and structure for the website we decided to create a main menu that easily guides the user to their desired service or information source.
The main objectives of the site are to provide potential clients with information regarding investments that are available and to acquire their contact details prior to the users gaining access to an investments full details, thus enabling RealInvestor to contact anyone who is interested in their investment opportunities.
During our conceptual meetings with the partners of RealInvestor, it became clear they wanted a clean professional looking design that reflected the way the company operates. The simple clean design that we used for the site ticked all of these boxes.
RealInvestor wanted a logo that would compliment their website and design criteria. They required a logo that was clean and professional. The logo was designed at the same time that the site was being developed, enabling changes in style and colour scheme to be applied universally between the two mediums. This approach also had the added benefit of being able to view how the logo would look and interact with the site as it was being designed.
The website is built around a content management system, this means that the user can easily update their website themselves. Since the client can update their own website this saves them money, as they dont have to pay a developer each time that want to update the information on the website.
